Rhubarb Cake

Bottom Rhubarb Mixture:
3 cups rhubarb cut in 1 inch slices
1 cup sugar and 2 Tbsp. red sugar
4 dozen small marshmallows

Put this mixture on the bottom of an ungreased 9" x 13" pan.

Cake Mixture:
2¼ cups sifted flour
1 cup sugar
½ cup shortening
1 cup milk
2 eggs
3 tsp. baking powder
¼ tsp. salt
1½ tsp. vanilla

Beat this well and then pour on top of rhubarb mixture in pan.  Bake at 350° for 35 minutes? or until cake is done. (Test with a Toothpick)
