Pie Crust

3 cups flour
½ tsp. salt
1 tsp. sugar
½ tsp. baking powder
1 cup lard or shortening
10 Tbsp. water (ice cold!)

Directions:
Mix dry ingredients.  Cut in the shortening, and then add water.
This will make 4 pie crusts. They can be frozen.  Roll into 4 equal size balls and freeze if not going to use all at once.
