Beef Noodle Bake

10 oz. package noodles, cooked and drained
2 lbs. ground beef
1 large onion, diced
1 cup celery, diced
1 can vegetable beef soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup + 1 can water
salt, pepper to taste
bread crumbs combined with melted butter.

Brown meat; saute onions, pepper and celery.  Combine soup and noodles and add meat mixture.  Top with buttered crumbs.  Bake ½  hour at 350°.
