Lemon Fluff

14 Oz. can of evaporated milk
4 Oz. Pkg. of lemon jello
1 3/4 cup Hot Water
1/4 cup lemon juice
1 cup sugar
Vanilla Wafer Cookies
Chill the evaporated milk for 3-4 hrs. until very cold.
Dissolve pkg. of lemon jello in 1 3/4 hot water.
Chill the Jello until partially set.
Whip Jello until light and fluffy.
Add lemon juice and sugar.
Whip the Chilled milk and fold into the gelatin mixture.
Line the bottom of a 9x13 inch pan with crushed Vanilla Wafers and put lemon mix on top, with sprinkle of wafers on to of that, and chill until firm.
