Ice Cream in Bag

1 Tbsp. Sugar
½ tsp. vanilla
½ cup milk
crushed ice
6 Tbsp. rock salt
small and large zip loc freezer bags.

Put the sugar, vanilla and milk in a small zip loc freezer bag.  Secure zip loc and place small baggy in a larger zip loc baggy (Heavy duty freezer bags).  Surround the small baggy with ice to ½ large baggy full and put in 6 Tbsp rock salt on the crushed ice.  Next, shake the baggies for 5- 10 minutes.  You then have made your own single serving of ice cream.
