Cheese Torte

Crust:
14 graham crackers, rolled fine. (1½ cups for crust, ½ cup for sprinkles on top.)
1 cup sugar
¼ cup butter (1/3 cup?)
½ tsp. cinnamon
Mix above ingredients for crust.  (remember to save ½ cup of the graham crackers for the sprinkles.)

Filling:
1 lb. cottage cheese
3 eggs
1 Tbsp. flour
½ tsp. vanilla
½ cup sugar
½ cup cream

Instructions:

• Put crust mixture in 8"x 8" pan (reserve ½ cup for the top)

• Pour in filling mixture and then sprinkle the rest of crumbs on the top.

• Bake at 350° for 45 minutes (I make only ½ of the filling B.A.N.)
