1 full rack of Baby Back pork Ribs.  or Spare ribs,

Dry Rub:
4 ½ tsp. brown sugar packed
3 tsp. paprika
2 tsp. Garlic powder
1 Tbsp. Salt
1 tsp. Pepper

- For more tender ribs, remove the thin membrane covering the rack on the back side.

- Combine dry rub ingredients together in a bowl and mix well.  Rub the spice mix on all sides. Depending on the size of your rib rack, you may not need it all  Place in a large baking pan meaty side down and wrap the rack of ribs completely and tightly in tin foil. You may need to cut the rack in half to fit in pan.
 
- Preheat Oven to 275°  F.

- Bake for 4 hours.
- Remove from oven and remove foil. 

- Slather the Ribs with your Favorite Barbecue sauce or make your own.
- Turn the oven to broil and put ribs back in for a few minutes uncovered until sauce is caramelized.
