Marshmallow Delight

30 Marshmallows
1 cup evaporated milk
½ pint of whipping cream
14 graham crackers rolled and crushed
1 Large can crushed pineapple

Instructions:

• Melt marshmallows over hot water with the evaporated milk.  Cool.

• Whip the Cream.

• Put the rolled crushed crackers at the bottom of cake pan (9"x13"?).   Save some for sprinkles on top.

• Drain the pineapple and stir into the creamed marshmallow mix.

• Stir in the Whipped cream last.

• Pour this mixture on top of the graham cracker crust and sprinkle the top with graham cracker crumbs.

• Refrigerate over night.
