Rhubarb Crisp

4 cups rhubarb cut in 1 inch slices (1 lb.)
½ to 2/3 cup granulated sugar
1 Tbsp. grated orange peel
Dash of salt

½ cup brown sugar
½ cup rolled oats
½ cup sifted flour
1/3 cup butter

Instructions:
Grease shallow 8"x8" or 9"x9" baking pan.  Combine rhubarb, sugar, orange peel and salt.  Combine brown sugar, rolled oats, and flour; cut in butter until crumbly.  Sprinkle mixture evenly over rhubarb.  Bake at 350° for 40 minutes.  Serve warm with whipped cream.
