Pumpkin Pie

1 ½ cups pumpkin, strained
⅔ cups brown sugar packed
1 tsp. cinnamon
½ tsp. nutmeg
½ tsp. ginger
½ tsp. salt
2 eggs
1½ cups evaporated milk or 1 cup milk + ½ cup cream

To beaten eggs, add pumpkin, sugar, salt and spices.  Take beater and mix well.  bake in one unbaked crust at 15 minutes in 450° oven, then 45 minutes in 350° oven.
