Rhubarb Crunch

3 cups cut rhubarb

½ cup sugar
1 Tbsp. flour
¼  tsp. nutmeg

1 cup brown sugar
1 cup quick Quaker oats
1 cup flour
½ tsp. salt
½ cup shortening

Place cut up rhubarb in baking dish.  Combine sugar, flour and nutmeg and sprinkle over rhubarb.  Mix remaining ingredients, spoon over rhubarb mixture.  Bake at 375° for 35-40 minutes.
