Squirrel

2 squirrels
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
4 Tbsp. oil
4 Tbsp. Cornstarch or Flour
Fresh Mushrooms
Chopped Onion
2 Cans (4 cups) beef broth
2 cups water

Mix oil, cornstarch, salt and pepper in large frying pan. Place Squirrel in pan and coat with mix.  Let sit for 10 Minutes.

Brown squirrel slightly.  Pour beef broth, water, mushrooms, and onion  in pan and bring to a boil.  Reduce heat and simmer for 2 - 2 1/2 hours. Remove squirrel pieces and thicken the gravy with flour/water mix or cornstarch.
